Clogged Dryer Vents
Clogged dryer vents are a fire hazard. It is a good idea to have them cleaned regularly.
To schedule an appointment, contact Kirk Kloepfer at 650-619-4992. There is a fee for this service.

Emergency Line Calls
Please do not call the Manor Association Emergency line during the business day. There is a charge to the association for all calls to the emergency line no matter what day or time. The cost of calls to the Manor Emergency line during the business day will be charged back to the calling party.
The Manor Association fields calls Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 650-637-1616 at no charge.
Garages
Garages used for purposes other than parking cars (i.e. storage or workshops) leads to a shortage of parking places in our lot. This can lead to a fine.
Parking Rules
Enforcement of our parking rules is still in effect. Cars are still getting ticketed and towed.
Please do not park in red zones or in front of garages – even for short periods. Parking in front of garages often prevents your neighbors from getting in and out.
Tell your friends to find a parking place in the lot. A short illegal stay there is way better than trapping someone in or out of their garage. If it’s a short visit, chances are they won’t get a ticket.
Noise
Please show consideration for neighbors. More than likely they don’t share your rarified taste in music, especially cranked up to many decibels. The unit’s owner can be fined for this infraction.
C02 Detectors
While Pacific Point does not use natural gas for heating or cooking, CO2 detectors are now required by law in all units of Pacific Point. They are inexpensive and are available at all hardware stores.
Driving the Wrong Way
What a dangerous and stupid thing to do! Please DO NOT leave the complex going the wrong way.
Washing Cars
Please do not wash your car on the premises. The soapy water washes directly into the ocean and is considered detrimental to sea life.
It may not seem like it would make much difference in a vast ocean but multiply all the car owners washing cars and in fact, it does.
