Clubhouse availability

The Clubhouse is available for rental for private events @ $100 + $100 deposit.

Please down load the Clubhouse rental agreement, complete it and follow the attached instructions.  The HOA member making the request will be held responsible for leaving the premises in the condition they were found in. You can check with Manor Association (650 637-1616) for details. These rentals would essentially be  for events such as parties, wedding showers, etc, events of a social nature.

Board member William Trichon is now coordinating the process of making a Clubhouse reservation.

Use of the Clubhouse by HOA members free of charge for approved recurring events (ie. discussion groups, chess clubs, etc.) has been approved. See new guidelines on Clubhouse use.

A cleaning deposit of $100 is required and will be returned if the Clubhouse is left clean and in the condition it was in before it was rented.  Please download and print this handy Clubhouse Cleanup Checklist.
